Las Vegas Car Show Calendar 2026

Your complete guide to car shows, auctions, and automotive events in Las Vegas for 2026. Plus expert pre-show detailing tips to make your vehicle stand out.

Las Vegas: America's Car Show Capital

Las Vegas hosts more major automotive events per year than any other city in the United States. The combination of world-class convention facilities, year-round warm weather, and the city's entertainment infrastructure makes it the natural home for everything from the SEMA Show (the world's largest automotive aftermarket trade event) to intimate Cars & Coffee meets in the Arts District.

For car enthusiasts living in or visiting Las Vegas, the calendar is packed with opportunities to showcase your vehicle, discover new builds, and connect with the automotive community. And for every event - whether you are consigning a classic at Barrett-Jackson or rolling up to a Saturday morning meet - presentation matters. A professionally detailed vehicle commands attention, earns respect, and in the case of auctions, commands a higher price.

Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas

June 18-20, 2026 (Estimated)West Hall, Las Vegas Convention Center

One of the world's premier collector car auctions. Hundreds of classic, exotic, and custom vehicles cross the block. A must-attend for collectors and enthusiasts.

Detailing Tip:

If you are consigning a vehicle, a Signature Plus Detail + Paint Correction 2-3 weeks before the auction can add thousands to your sale price. Show-quality presentation matters at Barrett-Jackson.

SEMA Show 2026

November 3-6, 2026 (Estimated)Las Vegas Convention Center

The Specialty Equipment Market Association Show is the world's largest automotive aftermarket trade event. Over 160,000 industry professionals and 2,400+ exhibiting companies showcase the latest products, builds, and innovations.

Cars & Coffee Las Vegas

Monthly (First Saturday)Various locations - check local car community groups

The Las Vegas Cars & Coffee scene is one of the most active in the Southwest. Monthly meets rotate between locations, drawing everything from JDM builds to exotic supercars to vintage muscle. Free to attend.

Detailing Tip:

A Refresh Detail ($185-$225) or Refresh Exterior Detail ($90-$120) the day before is the perfect way to show up with a fresh, clean vehicle without breaking the bank. Most meets happen early morning, so book an afternoon detail the day prior.

Hot August Nights Las Vegas

Classic car owners: our technicians have experience with single-stage paints, vintage interiors, and delicate chrome. We use pH-neutral products and hand-only techniques on classic vehicles. Book your pre-event detail at least one week in advance during this busy season.

Las Vegas Concours d'Elegance

Exotic Car Racing Experiences

Year-roundLas Vegas Motor Speedway / SpeedVegas

Multiple operators offer exotic car driving experiences at tracks around Las Vegas. While not a traditional car show, these events draw car enthusiasts from around the world and create detailing demand for fleet vehicles and personal cars brought to drive.

Detailing Tip:

Mecum's Las Vegas auction typically coincides with SEMA week, offering thousands of collector vehicles for sale. One of the largest collector car auctions in the city.

Consignment vehicles benefit enormously from professional pre-auction detailing. Our Signature Plus Detail with paint correction investment typically returns 3-5x in higher hammer prices. Contact us early - SEMA/auction week is our busiest period.

First Friday Arts District

While primarily an art and culture event, First Friday draws car enthusiasts who cruise the Arts District and display vehicles along the streets. The car community presence has grown significantly in recent years.

Detailing Tip:

DTLV cruisers: a Refresh Exterior Detail ($90-$120) is the perfect quick prep for First Friday. We can detail your vehicle that afternoon and have it show-ready by evening.

Pre-Show Detailing Tips

Timing matters. Schedule your detail 24-48 hours before the event - close enough that the vehicle stays fresh, but with enough buffer that any coating can fully cure and you have time for a final inspection.

Match the detail to the event. A Cars & Coffee meet does not require the same level of preparation as a Concours d'Elegance. Our Refresh Exterior Detail ($90-$120) is perfect for casual meets, while our Multi-Step Paint Correction + Coating ($1,750+) is the standard for judged shows and auctions.

Do not forget the interior. Judges and potential buyers inspect interiors closely. Our Signature Interior Detail ($200-$275) ensures your cabin is as impressive as your paint.

Protect your investment before the event. If your vehicle will be parked outdoors at the event, ceramic coating ensures that dust, bird droppings, and sun exposure during the show do not damage the finish you just paid to perfect.

Know your vehicle's weak spots. Las Vegas desert damage - water spots, dust hazing, UV fading - shows most dramatically under event lighting. Address these issues proactively rather than hoping they will not be noticed.

Car Show Detailing FAQ

Do you offer pre-show detailing packages?

Yes. We offer specialized pre-show and pre-auction detailing packages tailored to the specific event. For car shows and Concours events, this typically includes our Signature Plus Detail or Multi-Step Paint Correction + Coating. For Cars & Coffee and casual meets, a Refresh Detail or Refresh Exterior Detail is usually sufficient. Contact us with your event details and we will recommend the appropriate package.

How far in advance should I book pre-event detailing?

For major events (SEMA, Barrett-Jackson, Concours), book 3-4 weeks in advance. For monthly meets (Cars & Coffee, First Friday), 3-5 days advance notice is typically sufficient. During SEMA week and auction season (November), our schedule fills up fast - early booking is strongly recommended.

Can you detail vehicles at event venues?

In some cases, yes. We have provided on-site detailing at convention center parking areas, hotel garages, and event staging areas. This requires advance coordination with event management. Contact us with your specific venue and event details and we will determine if on-site service is feasible.
